All this negative yucky stuff, oh no wonder you’re not feeling good. And I created this declaration, so if anyone is going through a tough time right now and you don’t know how to get out of your situation, do what I did. Because the author shares her own struggle it doesn’t feel like a sermon being preached at the reader, but instead more of a “we have have our struggles” tale.

Why am I not feeling good right now? I finally feel strong enough mentally and physically to make the changes necessary.
What a load of BS Ricotti’s one of those self-help authors who believe that manifesting can solve all of life’s problems gagand writes books for the sole purpose of ricottii more of her stuff. I mean you know that’s life, you have ups and downs, things happen. Books by Sonia Ricotti.
I had this very serious blood clot right under my left arm which required emergency treatment. I was in a place where I couldn’t figure that out. It’s really important to be able to unleash your subconscious, release the limiting beliefs and negative beliefs at the subconscious level.
And so that is my message, my message is that you can turn things around, you can bounce back super, super fast and that’s what I’m teaching today and it’s really come down to three steps and that has been my message all along.
Whatever’s going on, whether you’re in a middle of a divorce, you’re about to lose your home or whatever the situation unsinkble.
Apr 21, YHC rated it liked it. I just remember looking out the window and I said “I don’t know why this is happening”. But I remembered thinking “You know what, you better learn how and do it fast and so that way you can teach that to the world”.
It reminded me not to let the embittered pessimistic “know it alls” steal my joy, my hope, and my faith. Because humanitarian work is to help entitled people feel good about themselves.
One part of the book I just can’t get over – she asks readers to donate to her foundation at the end, because, and I quote, “[it has] a profound impact on her life”. I realized that as much as I tried to make others happy many times at the expense of my own happiness[ So what we might do is for those people that aren’t familiar with you and the work that you do.
And so it’s really important to be able to shift what you’re thinking and that’s exciting because that means you have control over how you feel, you have control over how you react but the only way you can do that is to become aware so you need to reprogram your conscious mind. Let Go of What Was.
